env Command

               env [type] name [= exp], ...

• The env command assigns the value of a system environment value with the same name to the variable.
• The initialization expression is only used when a matching system environment value name is not found; the initialization expression provides a default.
• If type is omitted, string is used as the type.
• Array are not allowed.
• If a non-string type is declared, the Jive intrinsic value - error, is set to true on conversion errors.
