Jive External Commands

Jive external commands are single commands enclosed in braces. External commands are if, while and SQL commands. if, while and select are external control structures and must be terminated by a later {end}.

The external Jive commands are:

• if Command, conditional execution
• while Command, looping
• include Command, inclusion of external files
• SQL Commands, database access
