Monday, May 2, 2005, El Cerrito, CA -- FFE Software, Inc. announced immediate availability of FirstSQL/J Enterprise Edition, Version 3.00 and FirstSQL/J Professional Edition, Version 3.00. The Enterprise and Professional Editions are full featured Object/Relational Database Management Systems (ORDBMSs). Both products are available through our Download Page.

FFE hailed the new release as a major step in bringing FirstSQL/J to the highest level among top enterprise DBMSs. Working with their primary customers, FFE Software significantly improved its enterprise features and usability as well as compatibility with J2EE and high-level interfaces such as Hibernate. In addition, the new ODBC 3 driver reaches out to a wide array of applications and tools implemented in a variety of languages.
