The Product
FirstSQL/J Synchronization Service is an add-on to an existing Enterprise Server installation; it features:

• Synchronizer Server that offloads synchronizing clients from the master server.
• Clients can be:
  • another Enterprise database,
  • a standalone Professional database,
  • a standalone Embedded Mobile Database,
    • JME MIDP (CLDC),
    • JME Personal/Basis (CDC), and
    • JSE.
• Asynchronous update of clients, catering to intermittent connections.
• Filtering of data transferred to client:
  • removing/renaming tables,
  • removing/renaming columns, and
  • removing table rows by content.
